ABOUT TOP SCORE SAT —
We started Top Score SAT because we kept seeing the same thing. Smart kids from Memorial, Bellaire, and West U who weren't testing the way their grades suggested. Students who were already juggling sports, APs, and everything else and didn't need another program that treated them like a number. Parents who had already spent real money on programs that promised a lot and delivered poor results.
Houston deserves better than a national franchise running a local office. We're not that.
Two Houston locals. Here's why we built this.
What we're actually trying to do.
Houston has no shortage of SAT prep options. Big national brands. Marketplace tutors. Programs that guarantee a score and bury the fine print. We're not competing with any of that on their terms.
What we offer is different in a specific way. You get a realistic score projection before the first session. You get a progress report after every session. Your tutor is someone who scored in the 99th percentile, knows your student's school, and will tell you plainly when something is working and when it isn't. That’s not a feature. It's just how we operate with every family, every student, every session, from the first conversation to test day.
That's it. That’s the whole thing. We think it's enough.
